To aid in swift note taking, EMIS allows you to store Quick codes.
Quick codes are 'snippets' of text (or a clinical code) that can be entered into a consultation within EMIS Web to save time:
For example, this practice has created the Quick code 'safe'. When this is entered into a set of consultation notes, it is replaced with the safety netting advice that has been given to the patient:
