Using EMIS Web's letter writing feature, you can seamlessly pull in patient-specific content directly from the medical record.
When configuring your EMIS letter templates, there is an option to retrieve recent consultations.
You are then prompted when utilising the letter template and creating a patient-specific letter, so select which consultations you'd like to add to your letter.
The full consultation note is pulled through, including the relevant clinician, notes, medications and observations.
