Hero's integration with Stripe terminals providers a fast and secure way of taking in-person payments. Using a Stripe integrated card terminal, patients can pay via 'chip and PIN', using Visa, Amex and Mastercard cards.

When using Hero, you have the option to collect payment via bank transfer. Each Hero billing customer is assigned a unique virtual bank account, which the customer can use to make payments into. Payments into the unique bank account are then automatically reconciled against outstanding invoices, and the invoices are automatically then marked as paid.

Using discount and coupon codes through Hero Health enables you to offer patients one-time or multiple-time discounts on selected products in your product catalogue. Define patient-facing coupons that apply a discount of fixed-price reduction to a specific product, and share these with patients to reward them or promote new services.
