EMIS Web partner products

As an established primary care record system, with a long-running set of APIs available via a partner program, EMIS Web now has hundreds of integrated 3rd party products.

Partner products are grouped into the following categories:

Examples of partner products used by Private GPs include:

• Online booking via Hero
• Patient billing via Hero
• Arrivals terminals via EMIS and Engage
• Integrated ECG machines (with reporting)
• Ardens for clinical templates
• Dictation software
• Monitoring devices - capturing height, weight and blood pressure in your waiting room

Most mainstream laboratories, including almost all NHS laboratories, are integrated into EMIS' pathology system.

Products integrating with EMIS can use the government funded and defined IM1 interfaces: Patient facing services, Transactional and Bulk. EMIS Web also make available via IM1 their Partner API, which offers further functionality beyond the mandated interfaces.
