Use the built-in privacy feature to hide patient names in the Appointment Book. On the ribbon, select Privacy. The displayed names are replaced with EMIS numbers. Simply click Privacy again to restore the normal view.
This option is particularly useful when you share your screen with a patient or colleague and wish to keep other patients’ details confidential.
