Hero Health is a patient engagement platform for NHS GPs, delivering triage, patient communication and appointment booking.

NHS GP practices use Hero to better connect with their patients, by offering online consultations, online booking and patient communication by SMS, Email and NHS App. All Hero's functionality is integrated with EMIS; appointments feed into the appointment book, triage submissions can be saved to the record, and messages read and write from the record.

Hero Health is integrated with EMIS via both the EMIS Partner Program (where Hero is considered a strategic partner) and via the NHS IM1 program.

You can connect Hero through EMIS' EMAS manager, and start using the platform to sending patients questionnaires or 2-way messages, accepting online booking and offering triage.
