Engage Consult enables patients to submit enquiries online via a practice's website, the NHS App or the Engage Consult App. Where necessary, patient's are safety netted with relevant guidance and directed to 999 emergency services.

The practice user can either Message the patient, or initiate a video consultation. The Hero integration allows users of the Engage Inbox to invite patients to book appointments from directly within the Engage platform.
Hero and Engage Consult are now integrated. This allows user of Engage's inbox to invite patients to book appointments with Hero's self-booking links.
Open the submission within the Engage Consult inbox, and then 'Contact patient' and 'Message patient'
When writing a message, select 'Add appointment booking link'. You can then define the appointment type, location and practitioner you want the link to relate to.
The patient receives the self-booking link, confirms their identity with date of birth, and then selects an appropriate appointment slot.
