Exporting User Language Skills
Exporting user language skills in EMIS Web lets you quickly identify staff members who can speak or write in particular languages. This is especially helpful if you need to schedule multilingual clinics or support patients in their preferred language.
To export user language skills as a .csv file:
- Open Users from Organisation Configuration (via the EMIS Web menu > Configuration > Organisation Configuration).
- Select Users in the navigation pane.
- On the ribbon, click Export User Languages.
- Choose a save location, enter a file name, and save as a .csv file.
- Click OK to confirm.
