Accessing Referrals in EMIS Web
To access referrals for a particular patient, click on the EMIS Web menu, navigate to Care Record, and select Referrals. If you haven't selected a patient, you'll be prompted to do so at this stage. Managing patient referrals efficiently using this platform allows you to add, edit, and oversee the status of patient referrals seamlessly from the Referrals screen.

Data sharing in EMIS Web is crucial for providing continuous care across multiple healthcare organisations. To configure data sharing settings for a patient, navigate to the Sharing option on the Referrals screen ribbon and select EMIS Sharing Consent. From here, you can set the preference options based on whether the patient consents to sharing their care record with other organisations involved in their care.
