Access Referrals
First, navigate to the EMIS Web menu. Point to Care Record and select Referrals. This will open the Referrals section where you can view and manage patient referrals.
Search for the Referral
If needed, utilise the Search View option on the ribbon to locate the specific referral you want to edit. Enter the required text or clinical term in the search box and select the referral from the displayed results.
Edit the Referral
Once you have identified the referral, select it and click Edit on the ribbon. In the Referral Letter field, choose Edit Now to update the referral's details. After making the necessary changes, save your edits by clicking OK. The referral will be updated in the system.
