These features allow clinicians to access and update a patient's GP record directly from the PCN Hub. Utilize the Remote Consultation to start a session from a booking that originates from the GP Practice, allowing the clinician to access the patient's GP system remotely.
Using Consultation Write Back ensures all updates are synchronized to the patient’s main GP record, eliminating repetitive administrative work and reducing potential errors.
When clinicians need to place a blood request or issue an electronic prescription (EPS), they can smoothly toggle back to the PCN Hub, using the data from the GP Practice instance. After completing the request, the information automatically updates the GP Practice records through Consultation Write Back, ensuring that all data remains consistent across systems.
