Linking Medications to Problems
To link medications to problems, navigate to the "Problems" screen under the Care Record menu. You can link medications when adding a new drug or after a medication has been issued:
- New Medication: Use the "Problems" tab in the Add a Drug screen to link the medication to existing problems.
- Issued Medication: Access the Problem Medication Linker screen to manage links for previously issued medications.
Printing Considerations
Printing prescriptions that include linked problems is achievable via the Medication Configuration screen. However, be aware that printed details mean that information becomes visible to individuals outside your immediate healthcare team, such as pharmacists or patients themselves.
