Linking Documents

1. From the Problems screen, select the relevant problem. If the Detailed View pane is hidden, click the chevron on the right-hand side to display it.
2. In Linked Documents, choose Edit Links.
3. If needed, type the document name into Search View to narrow results.
4. Tick the box beside the document you want to attach, then click OK.
5. All linked documents now display under that problem in the Detailed View.

Linking Referrals

1. Select the same Problems screen and choose the relevant problem.
2. In Linked Referrals, click Edit Links.
3. Enter the referral name (if known) or select it from the list.
4. Tick the box next to the referral to attach, then click OK.
5. The referral is now linked to your chosen problem.

Linking documents or referrals keeps all clinical information together and ensures you can swiftly review anything relevant without trawling through the entire patient record.
