You can do this by navigating to the GP2GP tab within the Workflow Manager, where transaction states like "EHR Extracts Received - Partial" or "EHR Extract - Timeout" are listed.

Managing Partially Received Records

If you receive a record with missing items, placeholders may stand in for these in the patient's record. You can view which specific attachments have not been transferred in the Filed Records inbox. It is crucial to check this so that any missing information can be retrieved or requested from the sending practice.

Handling Timeout Scenarios

For records that have timed out, the sending practice may need to resend the record. Direct communication may be necessary if the record fails to arrive completely. Ensure to document these interactions in the patient’s record for future reference.
