Configuring Graphnet Portal Settings in EMIS Web
To configure Graphnet Portal settings in EMIS Web, follow these steps:
Activating the Graphnet Portal
Before configuration, your organisation needs to request activation of the Graphnet Portal. Ensure your system administrator has RBAC activity B0062 Local System Administration in their role profile to edit organisational details.
Accessing Organisation Configuration
- Navigate to the menu, point to Configuration, and click Organisation Configuration.
- At the bottom of the navigation pane, click the Organisation tab.
Editing Organisation Details
- Select the desired organisation from the navigation pane.
- On the ribbon, click Edit.
- In the left-hand pane, click Graphnet Portal Details to display configuration options.
- Enable Graphnet Portal access by setting Allow Graphnet Portal Access to 'Yes'. You may also disable access by selecting 'No'.
- Select the appropriate region and add user roles using the Graphnet User Details screen, entering the username and password provided by Graphnet.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Accessing Graphnet Portal
- Log off and then log on again to EMIS Web to make role profile changes effective.
- Navigate to the Care Record section.
- Select Graphnet Portal from the External Views section to view data on selected patients. Ensure patient identity is verified to prevent clinical safety risks.
