When adding a reminder to a prescription in EMIS Web, the reminder note is automatically printed on the next prescription that is either added, issued, or reprinted for that patient. To add a reminder, select 'Send Reminder' from the Patient Actions on the ribbon when in the Medication module. This ensures that the reminder note is consistently printed on each prescription for the specified patient. The reminder can include vital information like upcoming medication reviews or any personal instructions.
