Using the Graphnet Portal
Once activated, you can access the Graphnet Portal directly from EMIS Web using the following method:
- Navigate to the Care Record section within EMIS Web.
- Select the relevant Care Record module ensuring a patient is selected.
- In the External Views section, click on Graphnet Portal to launch it and view patient information.
- An extra tab will appear at the top of the screen allowing you to interact with Graphnet data.
The Graphnet Portal enables clinicians to access comprehensive patient data in real-time, enhancing clinical decision-making and ensuring seamless integration with EMIS Web.
Troubleshooting
If Graphnet Portal becomes unavailable, contact Graphnet support immediately. In the meantime, you can open the portal in an external browser to access patient data.
