- Access the Referrals Module: Click the EMIS Web menu, navigate to Care Record, and select Referrals.
- Open the Search View: On the ribbon, click on Search View to access the search functionality.
- Enter Search Criteria: In the search box, type the specific referral criteria or clinical term you wish to find. This will display possible matches as you type.
- Select Managed Referrals Option: Within the search setup, under Patients > Referrals criteria, be sure to select Mediated, which is the option to search for managed referrals. This was formerly the name used for managed referrals during the search setup.
- Filter and Manage Results: Use filters to refine your search results further if needed. All matching managed referrals will be displayed.
- Review and Action Referrals: Click on any referral in your search results to view further details or to take action as necessary.
