Setting up the Quick Launch Menu
For quick access to frequently used areas in EMIS Web, you can configure the Quick Launch Menu on the EMIS Web homepage:
- Open Configure Homepage: Look at the top right-hand corner of the homepage and select Configure Homepage.
- Select Quick Launch Menu: In the Quick Launch Menu section, click Configure.
- Add your shortcuts: In the Customise Quick Launch Menu screen, highlight the EMIS Web modules you want to access quickly, then click Add. You can hold CTRL or SHIFT to add multiple modules at once.
- Rearrange if needed: Drag and drop or use the arrows to put your most used modules at the top.
- Click OK: Your selections appear as one-click shortcuts on the left-hand side of your homepage, under the Quick Launch Menu.

Customising your shortcuts
You can edit or remove shortcuts at any time by selecting the gear icon at the top of the Quick Launch Menu. This lets you:
- Add or remove modules: Quickly swap in new modules or remove ones you no longer need.
- Fine-tune your workflow: Arrange shortcuts in an order that helps you navigate your daily tasks faster.
