How can you enable the EMIS Configuration Switcher for multiple organisations?

Enabling the Configuration Switcher

Activate this feature on any PC where users need to access multiple EMIS Web organisations. It’s straightforward to turn on:

• On the PC, go to Start > All Programs > EMIS > Configuration Switcher.
• Select Enable Switching. An icon then appears on your desktop.
• Repeat these steps on each PC that needs multi-organisation access.

Switching between organisations

• Once enabled, open the Configuration Switcher icon on your desktop, then choose Change organisation.
• Enter the Organisation ID of the site you want to access.
• If updates are needed, they’ll install automatically before EMIS Web restarts.
• Sign in to the newly selected organisation.

Disabling the Configuration Switcher

If it’s no longer needed, follow the same steps but select Disable Switching on the Configuration Switcher screen.
