To search for a Yellow Card record using a Safety Report ID in EMIS Web, follow these steps:
Accessing Workflow Manager
1. Click on the EMIS Web menu, go to Workflow, and select Workflow Manager from the options displayed.
2. In the Workflow Manager, locate the navigation pane and select Medicine Management.
Using the Yellow Card Search
3. In the Yellow Card section, choose from Pending, Completed, or Failed.
4. Click on the Search Yellow Card option from the ribbon at the top of the screen. The Yellow Card Search screen will appear.
Conducting the Search
5. To search by Safety Report ID, select the Safety report ID option, enter the ID, and click Apply. The results will be displayed in the right-hand pane, showing relevant reports corresponding to your entry.
