Access the Medication Screen
Log in to EMIS Web using your smartcard to ensure access permissions for prescribing functions. Navigate to the patient's care record and select Medication.
Select the Prescription
On the Medication screen, locate and select the electronic prescription you wish to amend. This allows you to view the details of the prescription, including dosage and quantity.
Make the Amendment
- Click Edit on the item that requires changes.
- Adjust the dosage, quantity, or any other relevant fields as necessary.

Reauthorise and Issue
