To edit a user's details in Organisation Configuration, follow these steps:
- Access the Users section. Navigate by clicking on the menu, pointing to Configuration, selecting Organisation Configuration, and then clicking Users on the navigation pane.
- Locate and select the user whose details you wish to edit.
- In the ribbon, click Edit User. This opens the edit screen where you can modify the user's details.
- In the left-hand pane, choose the relevant section to make updates. For example, to change their role, select Role and update the relevant fields, such as setting the Consulter field to Yes if applicable.
