Viewing and Printing Documents in EMIS Web
Accessing patient-related documents in EMIS Web is straightforward, ensuring you can efficiently manage and maintain care records for your patients. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to view and print documents:
Accessing Documents
- From the EMIS Web Menu, navigate to the Care Record, and select Documents. If a patient has not been selected, you will be prompted to do so.
Viewing Documents
- Within the Documents screen, click on List Attachments from the ribbon to view a reverse chronological list of attached documents.
- To open a document, double-click it or select multiple by holding CTRL and clicking your desired documents. Open them by double-clicking any of the selections.
Printing Documents
- Select one or more documents you wish to print.
- On the Documents ribbon, click View/Print, then select Print or Print All to print the documents.
- Confirm your print options when prompted.
Viewing and printing documents from the Care Record in EMIS Web allows you to quickly provide patients or healthcare professionals with hard copies, ensuring seamless communication and care continuity.
