How Does It Work?
Once a patient is identified, a master prescription and a series of dispensing prescriptions are issued. These prescriptions can either be taken to the pharmacy by the patient at required intervals or left with the pharmacist to manage. This process continues until the end of the prescribing period, streamlining the medication management process and ensuring patients receive their medications without unnecessary visits to the GP.
