Customising Appointment Reporting Parameters
In EMIS Web, you can tailor your appointment reports by adding or adjusting filters, defining global parameters, and scheduling the reports to run automatically. Below are key steps to help you customise your reporting parameters:
Accessing Appointment Reporting
• From the EMIS Web menu, point to Appointments and select Appointment Reporting.
• Choose an existing folder or create a new one to store your custom report.
Adding & Configuring Filters
• After clicking Add > Slot Report (or Session Report), open the Filter Data section.
• Use Add Filter to select filters such as appointment date, slot type, or DNA status.
• To make certain filters dynamic, tick Set as parameter and give it a name. You can then edit the parameter each time you run the report, saving time if you run it frequently.
Using global parameters for recurring filters, such as "This Month" or "Last Quarter," can significantly streamline report updates for administrators.
Scheduling the Report
• Go to Schedule in the left-hand pane and pick Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
• Define how often you want the report to run (e.g., “every Monday”) and when it should stop.

Once your parameters and schedule are finalised, click Save and Run or View Results to generate and review your custom appointment report.
