To view and retrieve information from deleted consultations in EMIS Web, follow these steps:
Accessing Deleted Consultations
Within the EMIS Web interface, navigate to the Consultations section by clicking Care Record and selecting Consultations. If no patient is selected, use Patient Find to choose one.
On the Consultations ribbon, click View Deleted. This will take you to the Audit Trail Viewer screen, where you can explore details of deleted consultations.
The Audit Trail Viewer offers a detailed log, showing who made changes to consultations, enabling you to audit user activity efficiently and maintain data integrity.
Viewing the Audit Trail
To see all entries and changes made to consultations, use the Audit Trail feature. Right-click on the consultation header you wish to audit and choose Audit Trail. This action displays a comprehensive record of additions, edits, or deletions, along with timestamps and user information.
Although retrieving a deleted consultation directly is not possible, the audit trail may provide enough details to recreate necessary data accurately.
