Ensuring Your Consultations Are Attributed to You
If your name does not appear as the user who added a consultation, confirm that you are set as a Consulter in your user profile:
- Select Configuration → Organisation Configuration → Users.
- Choose the relevant user, then click Edit User.
- In Role, set Consulter to Yes.
- Click OK or Save to update.
