Why does my name not appear as the user after adding a consultation?

Ensuring Your Consultations Are Attributed to You

If your name does not appear as the user who added a consultation, confirm that you are set as a Consulter in your user profile:

  • Select ConfigurationOrganisation ConfigurationUsers.
  • Choose the relevant user, then click Edit User.
  • In Role, set Consulter to Yes.
  • Click OK or Save to update.
