They have the authority and ability to amend errors directly on the Spine. Attempts to manually change the patient’s status in EMIS Web will not correct the data on the Spine.
For local corrections in EMIS Web, you can utilise the Registration Workflow:
- Navigate to Workflow Manager under the main menu.
- Select Registration in the navigation pane.
- Click on Actions in the top ribbon and select Manual Status Modification.
- Choose the patient, delete the incorrect status and confirm the changes.
