When a patient becomes inactive after you have removed an FP22 reminder in EMIS Web, follow these steps to correct the registration status:

Steps to Reactivate the Patient

  • Open EMIS Web and navigate to the Workflow Manager.
  • Select Registration from the navigation pane.
  • Click on Actions in the ribbon and choose Manual Status Modification.
  • Locate the patient whose status needs reactivation and select them.
  • Proceed to delete the last two status entries, which correspond to 'records sent' and 'received by FHSA', using Delete Status.
  • The patient's registration status should now be active.

Note: Access to Manual Status Modification requires specific RBAC permissions, including ‘B1680 Manage Demographics.’

By ensuring that FP22 reminders are managed properly, administrative overload is reduced, allowing for efficient use of resources and continuous patient care.
