Downloading Local GP Records
To download your practice's records, access Registration Workflow in EMIS Web. Navigate to the GP Links High Security section and select Actions from the ribbon. Click on Trading Partner Download and choose the appropriate trading partner from the drop-down menu.
- If necessary, select the specific GP or opt for 'All GPs'.
- Choose a destination folder to save the downloaded records using the ellipsis icon.
- Encrypt the file before emailing it to your trading partner to ensure data security.
Uploading Trading Partner Amendments
Once you have received the amendments file from your trading partner, return to the Registration Workflow section. Select Actions from the GP Links High Security section, then choose Trading Partner Upload.
- Click the ellipsis icon beside the Select file field, navigate to the amendments file, and click Open.
- Click Upload to integrate the amendments into EMIS Web. This synchronises your local records with the trading partner's data, reflecting any required changes in the system.
