To link a drug to a patient's problem in EMIS Web, follow these straightforward steps to ensure both accurate record-keeping and efficient medication management.
- Access the Medication screen by clicking Care Record from the EMIS Web menu and selecting Medication.
- On the ribbon, click Add Drug to input the medication details.
- Under the Add Drug screen, enter the drug name and select the appropriate item from the list.

- To link the medication to a relevant patient problem, navigate to the Problems Tab.
