Changing Slot Type Colours in EMIS Web
To personalise your EMIS Web appointment book with colour-coded slots, start by accessing the Appointments Configuration. You can find this under the main EMIS menu by navigating to Appointments > Appointment Book > Appts Config. Once there, select Slot Types from the list of configuration options.
From this screen, you can choose your desired slot and customise the colours. Click on the slot type you want to edit and then select Edit. You can change both the Foreground (text) colour and the Background (box shading) colour. Once you’ve made your selection, hit OK to save your changes!
You can use different colours for different slot types such as regular consultations, emergencies, or telehealth appointments, enhancing slot visibility and prioritisation.
