User and Organisation Configuration
Global Viewers Setup
Setting up global viewers ensures that administrators have access to all incoming GP2GP records. To configure global viewers:
- In the Workflow Manager Configuration screen, under Organisation Options, click Global Viewers.
- In the Global Viewers pane, select GP2GP, then click Add to choose users who should have global viewing privileges.
