How do I undo a usual GP reallocation once it has been completed in EMIS Web’s Registration Workflow?

To undo a usual GP reallocation in EMIS Web's Registration Workflow, follow these steps:

  • Access the Registration Workflow by clicking on the EMIS Web menu. Navigate to Workflow, select Workflow Manager, and then choose Registration.
  • In the Registration tab, go to the ribbon and click on Actions.
  • Select Undo Usual GP Reallocation from the dropdown menu. This will display a list of completed reallocations for your selected trading partner.
  • In the displayed list, find the reallocation you need to reverse. In the Undo column, tick the box for each reallocation you wish to undo.
  • Confirm your selection by clicking on Undo Selection and then Yes to complete the process. Each selected reallocation is undone, restoring the patients to their original registered GP.
This functionality is especially beneficial when adjustments to GP allocations have been made in error, as it provides a quick way to return patients to their previous GP assignments without having to manually reassign each record.
