To unarchive a lab report from the Archived mailbox in EMIS Web, follow these simple steps:
- Access Lab Reports by clicking the EMIS Web menu, selecting Workflow Manager, and then selecting Lab Reports from the navigation pane.
- Once on the Lab Reports screen, click on Archived in the navigation pane.
- In the main pane, you'll see all filed and rejected reports. Select the report you wish to unarchive.
- Click the Unarchive button on the ribbon to move the selected report to the Unmatched mailbox.
After unarchiving, the lab report will appear in the Unmatched mailbox. From this location, it can be matched to the appropriate patient and/or user. This process ensures that the report is then available in the patient's clinical record for any necessary action.
