Printing the details of a Registration Workflow transaction can be essential for maintaining physical records or sharing information securely. Here's how you can easily print a list or the details for a transaction:

Access Registration Workflow

First, ensure you have the appropriate security access (RBAC activity B1680) to manage demographic duplicate records. Then, navigate to the Registration Workflow:

  • Click the EMIS Web menu
  • Point to Workflow, and click Workflow Manager
  • In the navigation pane, select Registration

Printing a List of Transactions

To print a list of transactions:

  • Within Registration Workflow, select the transaction type on the left-hand side. This displays transactions of this type in the right-hand pane.
  • On the ribbon, click Print and select Task List.
  • On the Print screen, choose your preferred options and click OK to print the list.

Printing Transaction Details

For detailed transaction information:

  • Select the transaction you need the details for.
  • On the ribbon, click Print and choose Selected Task(s).
  • Again, choose the preferred print options and click OK.
Tip: Printing transaction details can aid in maintaining meticulous records and ensures that all team members have access to crucial information without needing to access EMIS Web directly.

Consistently managing and printing transaction lists ensures that administrators stay organised and tasks are tracked effectively.
