How do I mark a DTS interchange as acknowledged or processed within the Interchange History screen in EMIS Web?

To mark a DTS interchange as acknowledged or processed within the Interchange History screen in EMIS Web, follow these steps:

  • Access the Workflow Manager Lab Reports by clicking the EMIS Web menu, pointing to Workflow, selecting Workflow Manager, and then choosing Lab Reports from the navigation pane.
  • On the DTS ribbon, select View Interchange History.
  • In the left-hand pane, choose Search by Number to find the specific interchange.
  • Right-click the interchange and select Mark as Acknowledged to confirm it was delivered but not acknowledged over a week ago, or Mark as Processed if it displays an error status.
This functionality is immensely useful in ensuring timely communication with trading partners and prevents potential data discrepancies by keeping track of transaction statuses effectively.

Pro Tip: For any interchanges marked as undelivered, you will need to resend them as there isn’t an option to simply acknowledge or process them.
