Generating the DTS Transmission Report
To generate a DTS Transmission Report in EMIS Web, begin by accessing the **Workflow Manager**. Navigate to **Lab Reports** from the EMIS Web menu. Here, the **Workflow Manager Lab Reports** screen is displayed. On the ribbon, select **DTS**, and then choose **View Interchange History**. This opens up the DTS Interchange History screen, where you can search and filter through your interchanges. By default, all interchanges, including errors, undelivered, or unacknowledged, will be accounted for once you apply the desired filters.Interpreting the DTS Transmission Report
The DTS Transmission Report helps monitor the status of message transmissions between your practice and its trading partners.- Mark as Acknowledged: Use this option when an interchange was delivered but has yet to receive an acknowledgment after a week. Right-click the relevant interchange and select this to clear it.
- Mark as Processed: Apply this for any interchange with an error that has been suitably resolved.
- Resend: For undelivered interchanges, this option is necessary since they cannot be otherwise cleared.
Managing DTS transmissions effectively ensures seamless communication and decreases administrative time spent correcting errors, thereby improving the overall efficiency of your practice's workflow.
