To change the owner of a referral task in EMIS Web, follow these straightforward steps:
- Access Referral Management: Click the EMIS Web menu, navigate to Workflow Manager, and select Referral Management from the navigation pane.
- Select the required category in the navigation pane to locate the task you want to change.
- In the right-hand pane, click to select the task for which the owner needs to be changed.
- Use the ribbon at the top of the screen and click Change Owner.
- On the 'Change Task Owner' screen, click the search icon (or press F4) to open the 'Find Teams or Users' screen.
- Select the required new task owner from the list displayed.
- Click OK to confirm and allocate the task to the new owner.
