Adding or removing notes from a Registration Workflow transaction in EMIS Web requires you to have the necessary permissions and access to the system. Follow these steps carefully to manage notes within the workflow:
Accessing Registration Workflow
Begin by clicking the EMIS Web menu, navigate to Workflow, select Workflow Manager, and then choose Registration from the navigation pane. Ensure you have the RBAC activity B1680 Manage Demographic Duplicate Records included in your role.
Adding a Note
To add a note to a transaction, follow these steps:
- Locate and select the required transaction type in the navigation pane.
- Click on the transaction you wish to add a note to.
- On the ribbon, click Add Note.
- Type your note into the displayed screen and click Close. A note icon will indicate that a note has been added to the transaction.
Removing a Note
If you wish to delete a note:
- Access the transaction type in the Registration Workflow.
- Select the transaction from which you want to remove a note.
- On the ribbon, click Delete Note. The note will be removed from the transaction.
