Configure Global Viewers
To grant access for multiple users to view and manage GP2GP tasks:
- Navigate to the Workflow Manager via the EMIS Web menu.
- Select GP2GP from the navigation pane, then click Config on the ribbon.
- Under Organisation Options, select Global Viewers.
- In the Global Viewers pane, select GP2GP, and click Add.
- Choose the required user from the User field drop-down and set the default view to either User or Global, based on requirement.
- Click OK to apply the settings.
Set Up Task Escalation
To ensure that tasks are completed timely, configure escalation settings:
- Within the GP2GP section, navigate to Task Escalation Settings.
- Edit the Routine and Urgent escalation intervals as needed using the respective fields for hours.
- Select users to become task owners if a task is not actioned within set timeframes.
- Save the changes to implement the escalation protocol.
Configure Out of Office and Deputy Settings
To manage tasks while a user is out of office:
- Access the Out of Office settings from the User Options section in the Workflow Manager Configuration.
- Select the relevant out-of-office status and, if necessary, enable deputies to act on your behalf.
- Add deputies by selecting users from the Find Users screen and assign them appropriate module permissions.
- Click OK to save your deputy settings.
